Also, education, housing and social care should be enhanced and this will effectively reduce coronary heart diseases at Hammersmith and Fulham. A lot needs to be done to ensure that the community is informed of the existing prevention strategies, in order to improve their lives (Hammersmith & Fulham, 2008).
