After two years of great pull and push finally, the government agreed to reduce the working days to five days a week for every worker in China.

According to Him, leisure can be best achieved when people live in a well-kept environment. He advocated for cleaning the streets, rehabilitation of parks by planting trees and by properly disposing of garbage. All these were activities that he got people to be involved in as a way of socializing away from the work environment.
